She has over twenty (20) years of public relations, media relations, and community relations experience. Stephanie has served as Director of Communications and External Relations for Harris Stowe State University, St. Louis, Missouri, and State Community College, East St. Louis, Illinois; Public and Governmental Affairs Manager for the City of East St. Louis; Community Organizer for the United States Department of Commerce; as well as, producer and host of several radio and television programs. S. Miles earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mass Communications, Radio-Television Production, Bradley University, Peoria, Illinois.
